We deliver holistic care to patients within their own homes and residential homes which meets the increasing complexities in health of our patient population. Assessment, planning and delivering high standards of care are achieved through effective collaboration and partnership working within our health and social care integrated centre at Newbridge. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and interpersonal skills with continuing professional development opportunities to prepare you with the skills to meet the evolving autonomous role of the community nurse through engagement of a robust induction programme.
