About The Role Every exceptional customer moment starts with our people Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop‑floor operations. What you'll do * Greet, assist, and leadby example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service * Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations,handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes. * Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience * Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store Who you'll be * Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment. * Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers. * Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for. * Ideally experienced in a customer-facing environment.
