Independent social care organisation supporting local authority needs is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Expert to join them for an initial six month contract during a busy period of change and ambitious plans. Will need to bring strategy and influencing to the role as well as hands‑on expertise across the full digital acquisition funnel to lead how they attract, engage and convert priority audiences through their digital channels. This role is central to elevating their digital performance, bringing technical excellence, commercial rigour and sound judgement to ensure websites, campaigns and partners work together to deliver high‑quality enquiries at the right cost. With a specific focus on highly engaging recruitment campaigns. Full time role and hybrid working is 2 – 3 days a week on site. It is initial six month contract which may be extended or go temp to perm. Need be available 1 month notice or less. Key Responsibilities * End‑to‑End Digital Acquisition – own the full digital funnel for priority audiences, from awareness to qualified enquiry. * Design and optimise journeys that balance volume, quality, cost and care. * Website Performance including accessibility and compliance and governance. * Continuously optimise user journeys, IA, landing pages and enquiry flows. * Improve conversion rates using GA4, heatmapping, A/B testing and CRM insight. * Paid Digital Media overseeing budgets, targets and agency partners. * SEO & Organic Growth - Use insight to balance investment between paid and organic channels. * Work with CRM and data teams to track journeys beyond the click. Candidate Profile * Senior digital marketing pro with end‑to‑end acquisition responsibility strategy to delivery. * Website optimisation, CRO, paid media, SEO and agency management. * Strong understanding of digital funnels in service‑led, recruitment or referral‑driven environments. * Comfortable working in regulated, safeguarding‑led contexts.
