Job description
Digital Architect £75,000 - £80,000 2 Year FTC - Hybrid - Burton-on-Trent We're looking for a Digital Architect to help shape and govern digital solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and power a large-scale digital transformation. You'll work in a fast-moving, agile environment, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to design digital services that are scalable, secure, and built to perform. What you'll be doing * Designing and governing modern digital applications and services that promote a strong digital culture * Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions align with agreed architectural principles and standards * Supporting product teams with pragmatic, business-focused technical solutions * Ensuring all designs align with the wider enterprise architecture vision and governance frameworks * Championing modern engineering practices, including test-driven and behaviour-driven development What you'll bring * Proven experience designing and architecting digital solutions, ideally in complex or large-scale environments * Strong knowledge of mobile platforms, CRM, eCommerce, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS) * Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and recognised architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) * A solid understanding of GDPR, data protection, and cyber security principles * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Travel 1-2 times a week to Burton on Trent Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
