Job description
AeroCloud is the new-age operating system for airports aiming to grow. Our suite includes Airport Operating Systems (AOS), PPS, and Passenger Flow Management solutions, empowering airports to gain deep insights into the movement of passengers and aircraft around the world. We achieve this by becoming the airport’s first call for technology. Whether in times of need or growth, we stand alongside our clients, offering support through innovative software that drives their success. Our Commitment to Excellence At AeroCloud, being the airport’s first call means exceeding expectations at every customer interaction. This is not just a goal; it’s our standard. We prioritize detail, diligence, and a proactive approach in everything we do. If there’s a task to be completed, we see it through. If a customer needs an answer we don’t yet have, we respond promptly to let them know we’re on it. We believe in keeping our team informed, being transparent, and maintaining accountability at every step. About the Role You will support the Head of Marketing on the overall marketing strategy and target setting, and take genuine ownership of your own contributing work: the projects, events and campaigns you run, and the targets attached to them. We are a small, high-ownership team, so you need to be self-sufficient. You will shape your plans, run them, and understand how each piece of activity connects back to pipeline and revenue. The remit is broad. In a single month you might set up a product launch, run a customer webinar, plan an industry event, brief a campaign, and then get hands-on and design or write the content yourself. We want someone who can operate at both levels: think like an owner of their work, and still enjoy building it. We sell into a defined set of airports in a niche, technical market, so this is targeted, account-based marketing to named accounts rather than broad demand generation. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing Executive and SDR, and with colleagues across Commercial, Product and Customer Success, helping the whole team and marketing across the company level up. Responsibilities * Own your work. Own the projects, campaigns and events you run and the targets attached to them. Track your numbers honestly, and support the Head of Marketing on the wider marketing strategy and target setting * Strategy and planning. Support the overall marketing strategy, then plan and run your own projects end to end. Turn priorities into campaigns and adjust based on what the data is telling you * Demand generation and campaigns. Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns (paid, email, social, content, web) that generate qualified pipeline, with an account‑based approach to our target airports * Events and field marketing. Own the events you run, from planning and stand design through to logistics, lead capture and follow‑up. Measure every event on net new opportunities * Customer webinars. Run our quarterly customer roadmap webinar program, working with Customer Success to keep customers informed and open up upsell conversations * Product marketing and content. Lead go‑to‑market for new products and features, build sales enablement that Commercial actually uses, and create high‑quality content yourself, designing to our brand guidelines and writing in our tone of voice (packs, decks, case studies, web copy, campaign assets) * Cross‑functional work. Partner with Commercial, Product and Customer Success to keep messaging accurate, current and used in real sales conversations * Collaboration. Work shoulder to shoulder with our Digital Marketing Executive and SDR, share what you know, and help raise the standard of marketing across the company About You * A senior B2B SaaS marketer, ideally in an enterprise or technical product space * You can point to projects, campaigns or events you have owned and driven to a target, not just delivered * Strategic and hands‑on. You can support strategy and target setting, and also build and ship the work yourself * Broad across the mix: campaigns, events, webinars, product marketing and content. You do not need to be the deepest specialist in any one, but you should be confident across all of them * Strong craft. You can design to a set of brand guidelines and write clean, engaging copy in a brands tone of voice * Comfortable with data and attribution. You use a CRM (HubSpot ideally) to understand what is working and to make the case for what to do next * Genuinely self‑sufficient and accountable, and happy owning outcomes in a small team with limited hand‑holding * Collaborative. You bring people with you and help raise the standard around you * Account‑based or niche‑market experience is a strong plus. Aviation, transport technology or mission‑critical software experience is welcome but not essential What We Offer * Best in Class Share Options scheme * 25 days PTO + statutory holidays * Take your birthday off work on us as well * Extensive upskilling and training * Digital Nomad Scheme AeroCloud recognises Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion at the heart of our business. They represent the mutual trust, respect and understanding we strive for. They are integral to our brand, reputation, success, business sustainability and employee relations impact. Our vision is to have a diverse, equal and inclusive organisational culture. We want everyone who comes into contact with us, both face to face and virtually, to feel valued and respected. We want our workplace both in the office and at home to foster belonging to all colleagues to feel seen, connected, supported and proud. We will draw on the rich diversity of our workforce and harness the diverse contributions and considerable talents of our staff to achieve our vision in line with our organisational values and DE&I principles. AeroCloud is an equal opportunities employer so if you have any specific work or access requirements as a result of a condition or disability then AeroCloud would be committed to working with you on the best way to support this at work.
