More about your role We'relooking for an Executive Assistant to provide professional,proactiveand highly confidential support within our developments business, primarily supportingtheManaging Directorandthe Scotland leadership team. Based in our Edinburgh office (up to four days per week & one day working from home),you'llplay a critical role in the smooth running,effectivenessand governance of the Developments senior leadership team.You'llbring calm,structureand clarity to afast-pacedenvironment, enabling senior leaders to stay focused on delivery,decisionmakingand performance. This is a varied and trusted role. From managing complex diaries and inboxes, to coordinating senior meetings, preparinghigh-qualitydocumentationand supporting governance processes,you'llbe at the centre of how the leadership teamoperatesday to day. You'llalso work closely with colleagues across the wider business, acting asa central pointof coordination and helping to improve ways of working,governanceand leadership cadence across the Developments function. The essential criteria for this role * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting Senior Leaders in a complex,fast pacedorganisation * Demonstrable experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders or a senior leadership team * Confidence using digital tools and AI to improve efficiency and quality of work, ideally including Microsoft Copilot * High levelsof professionalism, discretion and resilience when handling sensitive information Desirable criteria * Experience working within New Homes, Developments,propertyorconstruction relatedenvironments Please note: if we receive a high volume of applications, we reserve the right to use the desirable criteria as part of our shortlisting process.
