1:1 SEN Tutor Required - Cheshunt (EN8) | ASAP Start | £30-£35 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced and resilient 1:1 tutor to support a Year 11 male student in Functional Skills Maths, English, and PSHE.
Location: Student's home in Cheshunt (EN8)Hours: 10 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 12:30pmPay: £30-£35 per hourStart: ASAP
About the student: The student has a diagnosis of ADHD and experiences significant challenges with emotional regulation. He can become overwhelmed quickly, which may lead to disengagement, avoidance, or occasional outbursts. He is currently not accessing education in a school setting.
Despite this, he demonstrates strong reading ability and average cognitive skills, suggesting clear potential. He is currently underachieving due to difficulties with focus, attention, and emotional regulation. The successful tutor will play a key role in helping him re-engage with learning and build confidence.
