Key Responsibilities: * Provide high‑quality support to fee‑earners and clients. * Undertake a wide variety of work under supervision, but not as a designated matter handler. * Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, court documents and correspondence. * Assist with legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases. * Attend client meetings and court hearings, interacting with clients, barristers, opponents and experts. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive case management. * Contribute to business development activities: attending external events, client engagement initiatives, blogging and growing professional social media presence. * Develop and advise on relevant options, strategies and solutions. * Demonstrate an adequate understanding of the commercial, organisational and financial context within the department. * Attain a level of competence to SRA and Practical Skills standards, working towards qualification as a solicitor.
