  • Monday 9 February 2026 17 : 00 Monday 16 February 2026 18 : 00 Location : Sittingbourne, UK (hybrid, 3 days in the office per week) Reports to : Agency Lead Type : Full-Time We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to support a leading global performance automotive brand specialising in high-performance components and motorsport-focused products. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands car culture, motorsport, and technical products - and enjoys turning complex engineering into compelling content. The company is fun, dynamic, and the role will be what you make it - there’s a huge scope to succeed and shape the future of this company, as well as be hands‑on at motorsport events and races. Key Responsibilities Brand & Content Marketing * Create and manage marketing content across website, email, and social media platforms * Maintain brand consistency across all communications, imagery, and messaging * Assist with product launches, announcements, and promotional campaigns Digital & Social Media * Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) * Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with events, race seasons, and product launches * Analyse engagement and performance metrics, reporting insights and recommendations Motorsport & Events Marketing * Support marketing activity around race events, trade shows, and exhibitions * Liaise with sponsored teams, drivers, and partners for content and promotion * Assist with event materials, displays, and post‑event reporting * Create marketing materials for dealers and distributors (brochures, spec sheets, digital assets) * Support international marketing initiatives and distributor communications Skills & Experience * Minimum 1 year’s experience in a marketing role (automotive or technical products preferred) * Strong written and visual communication skills * Experience managing social media platforms and content creation * Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics * Highly organised with attention to detail * Interest or background in motorsport or performance automotive industry * Experience with Canva or similar design tools * Newsletter experience (e.g. Mailchimp) Personal Attributes * Passionate about motorsport and engineering-led products * Creative, proactive, and hands‑on * Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team * Able to balance creativity with technical accuracy J-18808-Ljbffr
