As a Digital Marketing Administrator, youll be at the heart of our clients brand activity, shaping the delivery of content across online channels, social media and email. From scheduling content and preparing campaigns to updating website assets and maintaining polished visuals, youll play a key role in supporting consistent brand presentation across digital channels. This is a largely administrative role supporting the marketing team, perfect if you have a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest or background in digital B2C marketing, with good technical skills. What Youll Be Doing * Scheduling and uploading social media content (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook) * Coordinating social media content calendars and handling responses and general engagement * Building and scheduling marketing emails using templates and brand guidelines * Updating content, assets and links while maintaining accurate mailing lists (Klaviyo) * Updating product listings, images and descriptions within Shopify * Supporting website updates and content changes, ensuring all visuals and copy remain accurate and on‑brand * Preparing, editing and resizing imagery using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom * Creating simple graphic assets and layouts using Illustrator What We Need From You * Experience using Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar email marketing tools) * Strong technical proficiency, particularly within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) * Previous experience in B2C digital marketing is highly advantageous * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload * A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially around visual content * Proactive, self‑motivated and confident working independently Further Details * This is an office-based role; option for hybrid working may be introduced following satisfactory completion of training & probation. * Due to office location, driving licence and own transport are essential. * 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday * 23 days holiday plus bank holidays J-18808-Ljbffr
