Job description
Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - Tower Hamlets - ASAP Start - Full Time - Long Term - 90-120 Per Day (dependent on experience) * Behaviour Mentor required in Tower Hamlets * Behaviour Mentor required to start ASAP * Behaviour Mentor required to support pupils with challenging behaviour across KS1 and KS2 * Previous experience supporting challenging behaviour is essential Are you confident in your ability to create a positive and structured environment for pupils? Do you have experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or supporting children with behavioural needs? Are you able to commute to Tower Hamlets? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The Role - Behaviour Mentor As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across KS1 and KS2 who display challenging behaviour. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils regulate their emotions, improve behaviour, and engage positively in learning. The ideal candidate will act as a strong role model, promoting positive behaviour strategies and supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience. You will work alongside class teachers and the SENCO to implement behaviour plans and targeted interventions. Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs is essential.
