The Role
Workfully is looking for an Account Executive to join the team in London, focused on selling into the UK technology market.
You will be responsible for bringing new companies onto the Workfully platform, helping tech businesses understand how Workfully can support their hiring needs, and introducing them to a flexible network of specialist freelance recruiters.
This is a new-business-focused role, so it would suit someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, contingency recruitment, RPO, embedded recruitment, or similar talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the UK technology market.
- Sell Workfully’s recruitment platform to companies with active hiring needs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Run discovery calls to understand client hiring challenges, recruitment pain points, and talent needs.
- Clearly communicate the value of Workfully’s platform and freelance recruiter network.
- Own the sales process from initial outreach through to close.
- Build relationships with founders, hiring leaders, talent acquisition leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Country Managers and Customer Success, to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Use structured outbound sales methods, including sequencing and targeted prospecting.
- Consistently work towards sales targets and revenue goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Workfully is looking for someone with:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment sales, agency recruitment, RPO, staffing, or talent solutions.
- Proven experience selling recruitment services or hiring solutions to clients.
- Experience working with or selling into technology companies.
- Strong outbound sales and business development experience.
- A track record of winning new clients and building relationships from scratch.
- Confidence speaking with founders, HR leaders, TA leaders, and hiring managers.
- A commercial mindset and strong motivation to exceed targets.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and manage a pipeline effectively.
- Interest in joining a fast-growing, early-stage company with strong growth ambitions.

Compensation
The package is approximately:
€60,000 base salary + €60,000 bonus = €120,000 OTE
The commission structure is uncapped, with additional upside for high performers. Once targets are achieved, strong performers can earn further commission on additional deals.
