Job description
Digital Campaign Manager (Web Delivery) – Global Automotive Brand – Leading Digital Agency Location: London (hybrid working) We’re recruiting a Digital Campaign Manager (Web Delivery) to join a leading digital agency working on a high-profile global automotive brand. This role sits within a central digital delivery team responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering web campaigns and digital initiatives across multiple brands and international markets. You’ll be client-facing, owning the end-to-end delivery of smaller web briefs while supporting on larger, more complex initiatives led by senior team members. The environment is collaborative, structured and delivery-focused, with close partnership across creative, production, QA and near/offshore development teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with early to mid-level experience in digital or web delivery who’s ready to take more ownership and grow their autonomy. The role * Own the delivery of web and digital campaign briefs from intake through to launch * Build and manage timelines, task plans and dependencies * Act as the day-to-day client contact for assigned initiatives, providing clear updates and managing expectations * Coordinate creative, development and QA teams, including near/offshore partners * Take responsibility for quality control and launch readiness * Track delivery milestones, risks and progress, escalating issues where needed * Support senior delivery leads on larger, multi-market initiatives About you * You have experience in digital, web or campaign delivery, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment * You’ve worked on web pages, digital campaigns or CMS-led projects * You’re comfortable being client-facing and discussing timelines, scope and delivery feasibility * You’re organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership * You’re keen to continue developing within digital delivery/campaign management What’s on offer You’ll join a well-established digital agency working on a major global brand, with exposure to multi-market web delivery at scale.
