The Role
As an independent estate agent operating under the Hopcroft Property Experts brand, you will:
Win new property instructions
Conduct market appraisals and valuations
Provide pricing and marketing advice
Generate and nurture vendor and buyer leads
Negotiate offers through to agreed sale
Build your personal estate agent brand locally
Deliver a premium client experience
You focus on generating business and building relationships. We provide the brand, systems and operational support.
A dedicated sales progressor manages the post-sale process, allowing you to focus on revenue and growth.
