Fantastic Interim Trainer opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This role is working remotely from home predominantly and is ideally full-time Monday- Friday for circa two months initially with strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Design & Delivery: Create, update, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials virtually. (more delivery than design)
• Program Management: Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of training sessions using LMS or other tracking systems.
• Content Adaptation: Tailor training materials to different learning styles and audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: previous roles in training or Coaching
• Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning software.
• Certifications: Professional certification would be beneficial but not necessary.
Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, changing priorities.
• Creative approach to developing engaging, interactive learning content.
• High level of patience and adaptability.
You will need to be available for two training days at their Leeds head office on Tuesday 19th May and Wednesday 20th May and then you will be required ad hoc temporary basis from June until November. The daily pay rate is £153 per day.
