As SAP Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation, performance, and development of the organisation's SAP estate. You will lead a dedicated SAP support team, manage service delivery, ensure system stability, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
You will also play a key part in an upcoming ERP transformation programme-supporting the planning, transition, and implementation of a new enterprise platform. This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence, offering the chance to help design and deliver the future of ERP services.
