Your new school We are working with a school in Leicester who are seeking a Level 3 TA to join their school. This school provides education to students in Key Stages 3 and 4 who require a more personalised and flexible approach to education. Many of their students have experienced disrupted education and present with high behavioural, social and emotional needs.Their approach is rooted in strong relationships, consistency, and high expectations, with a clear focus on re-engagement, regulation and positive outcomes. Staff work as a close-knit team and are well supported by experienced leaders who value reflective practice, training and staff wellbeing.This is a setting where every day is different, progress may be small but meaningful, and relationships make the difference.Your new roleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and behaviour for pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. You will play a key role in helping students to access education, regulate their behaviour and build positive attitudes to learning.Your responsibilities will include:
