About the role
We are seeking to recruit a number of Post Graduate Teaching Assistants. Each appointment may have up to hours employment available over the course of the Academic Year to , the specific allocation to be negotiated.
The general role of the post holders will be to facilitate sessions for doctoral students that form part of the IOE’s research training programme, which may include the IOE MPhil/PhD Core Course; the post-upgrade workshop; Qualitative Data Analysis; Quantitative Data Analysis Courses the IOE Doctoral Community student-led engagement scheme IOE CDE Poster Conference, and IOE CDE Summer Conference, and other events as may require support, Support the process of module dialogue and wider feedback from students on the Research Training Programme as a whole.
These posts are open to current doctoral students at UCL IOE who have completed a successful upgrade from MPhil to PhD; or successful completion and passing of IFS for EdD students.
These posts are available from 28 September to 31 July .

About you
You will be a current doctoral student at UCL IOE and have completed a successful upgrade from MPhil to PhD; or successful completion and passing of IFS for EdD students.
You will have the ability to facilitate constructive discussion of methodological issues and an interest in relevant methodological issues and ability to provide constructive suggestions on student proposals.
Your application form should address all the person specification points and should clearly demonstrate how your skills and experience meet each of the criteria.
