As a People Advisor in the Group People Hub team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience that empowers our people to thrive. What you can offer
- Experience working in a multi-site, multi-business environment, including on-site and remote working practices and understanding the challenges
- Experienced in full end-to-end employee life-cycle processing and associated policies, and best practices
- Proficiency in using HR information systems (Sage People preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in independently managing low-level employee relations casework
- Expertise in coaching/upskilling managers on people best practices
- Good understanding of employment law and a proactive approach to staying up-to-date
