We're looking for a proactive and personable Workplace Manager to be the heartbeat of our client's office-ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering a first class experience for staff and visitors alike.
The Role
As our Workplace Manager, you'll be the face of the office and the go-to expert for all things workplace related. From greeting clients to managing day to day operations, you'll play a key role in maintaining a professional, organised, and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, offering personalised assistance throughout their visit
- Prepare and organise meeting rooms to ensure they are fully set up and ready for use
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the office and kitchen areas
- Act as the go-to contact for office queries and support
- Manage office supplies using workplace systems, ensuring timely restocking
- Coordinate with couriers and oversee deliveries and inventory
- Liaise with external suppliers for maintenance and repairs (including facilities, plumbing, and plant care)
- Keep staff informed with regular updates on workplace processes, changes, and initiatives
