This IFA Advice Quality Control job is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy reviewing regulated advice, safeguarding standards, and influencing outcomes without being in a front facing role. If you are looking for an IFA Advice Quality Control job that combines technical depth, autonomy, and long term stability within a remote working environment, this role is well worth exploring.
In this IFA Advice Quality Control role, you will be responsible for independently reviewing suitability reports and supporting documentation produced by Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Your focus will be on ensuring advice meets FCA requirements and internal quality standards, while providing clear, constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement.
The IFA Advice Quality Control job is not field based and does not require constant on site presence. A dedicated Performance and Excellence team manages training and implementation activity, allowing you to remain focused on advice checking, quality assurance, and identifying trends or risks across advice activity. Some travel will be required for periodic catch ups, but this is not extensive and all expenses are fully covered.
This IFA Advice Quality Control position would suit someone who is technically strong, comfortable challenging advice where required, and able to communicate proportionately and professionally. Whilst this is a controls focused role, personality still matters, and you will be encouraged to build positive working relationships across the business.
This IFA Advice Quality Control job offers exposure to complex advice cases, long term security, and the opportunity to influence advice quality at a group level without moving into pure compliance.
