Role: Entry Level ESG Investment Advisor
Location: Central London (Head Office)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + performance bonus + structured progression
About the Opportunity
This is a true entry-level position designed for candidates with little to no professional experience in finance. You will receive structured training from day one, allowing you to build a strong foundation in ESG investing, financial markets, and client advisory.
Working in Central London, you will gain exposure to real investment processes while being supported by experienced professionals who will guide your development.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting research into ESG-focused investments and market trends
Assisting with data gathering and basic analysis across portfolios
Helping prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation
Learning how ESG factors impact investment decisions
Supporting senior team members with day-to-day administrative and analytical tasks
Monitoring industry updates and regulatory developments
Working closely with compliance teams to understand financial regulations
