Job description
Job Title: Graduate/ Trainee - Financial Services Advisor Location: Skipton Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 + progression + bonus Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Graduated and not sure what direction to go in yet but know you want something fast paced, people focused and genuinely rewarding? This is a rare opportunity to step into the world of financial services and build a career from scratch, with full training and real responsibility from day one. We're exclusively working with a respected independent business offering a dual pathway into either mortgage advice or commercial finance brokerage. You won't be stuck watching from the sidelines, you'll be involved whilst learning and developing every day.What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting real client cases across mortgages and commercial finance
  • Working with advisors, brokers and lenders
  • Helping prepare and manage financial applications
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Learning how financial products and lending actually work
  • Gaining exposure to two different career paths
  • Building towards a fully client facing role
