Seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join the business on a short-term basis, supporting employee relations activity and embedding robust HR policies, processes and governance. This is a hands-on delivery role, suited to an HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment and can quickly assess what's required, stabilise ER risk and put practical, fit-for-purpose HR frameworks in place.
