We’re not looking for someone who’s planning to try AI one day. We’re hiring someone who already uses it to prospect smarter, qualify faster, and hit the phones with more context than the competition — and who wants to keep pushing that edge at the top of the funnel.
This is an inside sales role where you own top-of-funnel for our Deals product — the platform of choice for M&A, capital raising, insolvency, and private equity. You’ll generate and qualify pipeline across the EMEA region, working hand-in-hand with AEs, Marketing, and Digital Growth. AI is how you’ll do more of the right work, with less noise.

The best ISRs used to spend hours building lists, writing sequences, and manually researching prospects before every call. In this team, AI handles the heavy lifting — so you spend your time on the conversations, instincts, and follow-through that actually fill the pipeline.
Prospecting: more signal, less noise Use AI to build targeted account lists, identify trigger events (new hires, deals announced, funding rounds), and surface the right prospects at the right moment — so your outreach lands when it matters, not at random.
Outreach: personalised at scale AI drafts tailored email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts in minutes — personalised to each prospect’s context, industry, and pain points. You review, refine, and send. Volume without sacrificing relevance.
Call prep: walk into every conversation informed Before every call, AI synthesises account research, recent news, and company context so you show up knowing the prospect’s world — not scrambling through tabs while you’re on hold.
Lead qualification: faster, sharper decisions AI helps you score and prioritise inbound leads, flag high-intent signals, and surface the accounts most likely to convert — so you focus energy where it counts and hand the right opportunities to your AEs.
What you’ll do Generate and qualify pipeline:
- Prospect across email, phone, social, and live chat to engage and qualify new opportunities across EMEA.
- Convert inbound leads and run outbound campaigns — with AI accelerating research and personalisation at every step.
- Deliver high-quality, well-qualified opportunities to the AE team.
Support strategic accounts: - Build awareness and relationships within focus accounts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — driving education and engagement ahead of buying decisions.
- Join in-person meetings with key accounts to support relationship-building and revenue growth.
- Identify expansion signals and share them with the wider pod.
Raise the bar: - Use Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline data, and keep everything clean and current.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Growth, and AEs to sharpen campaign targeting and follow-up across the region.
- Share what’s working — your sequences, your AI prompts, your call openers.
What we’re looking for Experience Experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a strong interest in building a career in tech sales — specifically in M&A and corporate finance. You’re commercially sharp, curious about the industry, and hungry to develop fast. Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
