Job description
We're currently recruiting for skilled Bench Joiners to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career within a company that genuinely values its people. Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you'll be involved in the production of high-quality, bespoke timber products. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is keen to develop their skills further.What's on offer:

Key responsibilities:
  • Working with timber to assemble and manufacture bespoke products
  • Using a variety of hand tools and air tools safely and efficiently
  • Reading and working from technical drawings where required
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience working with wood in a bench joinery or similar role
  • Confident using hand tools and air tools
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to use your own initiative
  • A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop within the business
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
