Head of Culinary and Hospitality - Swan Valley

We're now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as Head of Culinary & Hospitality. If this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear from you.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Culinary & Hospitality, you will lead Avery's culinary, hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry strategy across our care home portfolio, ensuring exceptional standards, strong compliance, and outstanding resident experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading service standards across Culinary, Hospitality.Driving food safety compliance, EHO standards, and continuous improvementManaging menu development, allergen compliance, and IDDSI trainingSupporting budget performance, supplier relationships, and operational efficienciesBuilding strong partnerships with General Managers and senior leaders across the business

Our ideal candidate will have:

Senior leadership experience across multi-site Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel ServicesStrong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier performanceFlexibility to travel nationallyA degree or equivalent qualification
