Our school is developing a bespoke curriculum, giving you the opportunity to truly shape how education is delivered for pupils with Learning Difficulties What You’ll Be Doing Deliver creative, personalised lessons to individuals and small groups Support pupils in developing focus, communication and emotional regulation Track progress and celebrate every achievement—big or small Create a stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Help shape and contribute to our evolving school curriculum Build strong relationships with colleagues, families and care teams Who We’re Looking For You’re more than a teacher—you’re a motivator, innovator and role model.
