From day one, you’ll work on real projects, build valuable commercial skills, and gain exposure to how a global supply chain business operates at scale.

About Our Programme

Our comprehensive 2-year programme offers a structured skills and career development journey, nurturing the capabilities you need to excel in the technology sector. You’ll experience rotations across key areas, including:

  • Project Management: managing timelines, co-ordinating teams, and progress reporting.
  • Business Analysis: analysing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, and articulating requirements.
  • Data & Analytics: interpreting complex datasets, creating visualisations, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Software Development: writing code, integrating data sources, and bug fixing.
  • Quality Engineering: testing code, automating scripts, and identifying issues.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Automating manual processes through intelligent software solutions.
  • Helpdesk / issue resolution: understanding technical issues, managing resolutions, and working with diverse user groups.

You’ll contribute to real deliverables, both operational and project-based, working alongside industry experts and sharing your innovative ideas.

Programme Journey

  • Onboarding: Your first weeks will immerse you in Ligentia’s purpose, values, and operating model.
  • Core Development: You’ll build essential skills at our in‑house development centre, gaining insight into our supply chain management platform, Agile working practices, and customer experience strategy.
  • Operational Insight: Through visits to warehouses, ports, and customer sites, you’ll gain first‑hand understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
  • First Role Assignment: Within your first few months, you’ll take on a meaningful role, applying your learning with full support from your team.
  • Strategic Project: You’ll collaborate with fellow graduates on a strategic business project and present your recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ongoing Support: You’ll be supported throughout the programme with a buddy, coaching, and access to mentoring.
