Job description
School Administrator – Outstanding Secondary School – Durham (North East England) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale We are seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator to join an Outstanding secondary school in Durham. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school, ensuring that administrative systems are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching and support staff, maintaining accurate records, supporting communication across departments and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently. You will play a vital role in supporting both staff and students. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. School Information: This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Durham with a strong commitment to high standards, student wellbeing and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse community and is known for its supportive ethos, where positive relationships and high expectations underpin daily practice.
