Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of Science to join our Strodes College team on a part time, permanent basis working 21 hours a week on a 0.56 FTE. The role pays from T1 £17,953.86 to T11 £25,734.08 (T1 £31,633 up to T11 £45,341 Fulltime Equivalent) which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Teacher of Science
You will be a key member of the Science department, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of a teaching programme at A-Level across one or more scientific disciplines. You will ensure high-quality student learning through the most effective use of College resources, supporting learners as they progress toward successful and value-added outcomes.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring that curriculum development and A-Level assessment requirements are consistently met. You will maintain accurate data, including progress reports and examination results, using this information to continuously improve student retention and achievement.
