Job description
Package Description: Are you an experienced Maintenance Person who would like to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with our welcoming and specialised support team at Norton Lees care home? A minimum of 12 months on your right to work Include any additional requirements in terms of experience, driving etc Available to work 40 hours per week A day in the life of a Maintenance Person You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows. If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor. Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents. You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
