DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Recruitment Department plays a vital role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to drive organisational success. Our primary focus is ensuring that the workforce possesses the right skills, experience, and capabilities to meet both immediate and future business needs.

Through strategic workforce planning and data-driven decision-making, we identify skill gaps and develop resourcing strategies that align with organisational goals. We utilise a variety of recruitment methods, including internal promotions, external hiring, and talent pipelines, to secure the best candidates for each role.

Beyond filling vacancies, we contribute to long-term workforce development by enhancing employer branding, fostering diversity and inclusion, and optimising recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Our commitment to talent acquisition supports the organisation’s growth, innovation, and sustained performance

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the end‑to‑end engagement of sub‑contractor workers, ensuring a structured, compliant, and efficient recruitment and onboarding process.

The role involves coordinating resourcing activity across multiple workstreams, liaising with hiring managers, sub‑contractors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support timely and effective engagement. The Recruiter will manage candidate communications, documentation, and system updates to ensure all engagements are accurately recorded and compliant.

Key objectives include scheduling interviews, supporting sourcing activity, maintaining recruitment and compliance records, and assisting with screening processes appropriate to sub‑contractor engagement. The role also contributes to process improvement, supply chain management, and employer brand positioning within the contractor market.

Through strong administrative and operational support, this role enables the business to secure capable and compliant resource solutions aligned to project and operational requirements.
