We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Fabrication & Welding to join our Engineering department, where you will teach practical and theoretical courses in Fabrication and Welding. You will join our innovative team of highly qualified professionals.
As a Lecturer in Fabrication & Welding, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of students, by providing them with the engineering skills, knowledge and training required to enable them to achieve their goals, while ensuring the economic development and success of engineering industries.
We are seeking a motivated person who is enthusiastic about working with young people, adults and employers, has up-to-date engineering industry knowledge and expertise, a passion for engineering and an excellent team player.
As a Lecturer in Fabrication & Welding, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Have experience in a relevant industry and/or educational setting
- Have practical skills and theoretical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
- Hold GCSE A*- C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths or equivalent
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm, qualified in their specific subject area and who would like to pass their knowledge and skills on to our students.
