The Role: Empowering PotentialRandstad is proud to partner with a variety of schools across the region to provide specialist tutoring for SEN pupils. This isn't just about academic support; it's about breaking down barriers to learning and helping students exceed their own expectations of what they can achieve.
You will work closely with students-both face-to-face and online-following individual EHCP plans to build their core knowledge while significantly boosting their confidence and self-esteem.

We want to hear from inspiring QTS/NQTs, Teaching Assistants (Level 1-3), HLTAs, or Graduates eager to start a career in education.
Essential Qualities:
At least 6 months of experience working with SEN, disengaged youth, or within alternative provisions.
The ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
Strong IT competency (laptop/computer access and stable broadband for online sessions).
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to acquire one).
An inspirational communication style that motivates and encourages students.
