Year Group Leader (Primary) Havering September 2026
A community-driven primary school in Havering is seeking an experienced and passionate Year Group Leader to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Year Group Leader to make a significant impact in an over-subscribed academy school where pupils attainment in reading writing and maths is well above average.
As a Year Group Leader you will lead and manage a team of teachers within your year group working closely with staff pupils and parents. The Year Group Leader will be responsible for overseeing planning monitoring pupil progress and ensuring consistently high-quality teaching across the year group. This Year Group Leader role requires a strong classroom practitioner who can inspire others coach colleagues and model outstanding practice.
