We are seeking an enthusiastic highly effective and dedicated Business and Economics Teacher to join the successful faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London.

Teach Business Studies and Economics across Key Stage 4 (KS4) and Key Stage 5 (KS5).
Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 available
The successful applicant will be an inspirational specialist in both Business and Economics committed to delivering rigorous relevant lessons that connect theory with current affairs enterprise and market strategy. You will be joining a supportive environment where intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills are prioritized. This role focuses on outstanding classroom practice and contributing to the departments consistent record of placing students in related university courses and apprenticeships.
To attract an exceptional candidate this role includes a generous Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum. This financial incentive is a purely financial reward designed to support excellent teachers and their commitment to our school community.

A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
A relevant degree in Business Economics or a closely related discipline.
A proven track record as an excellent teacher with mandatory experience teaching both Business Studies and Economics to Key Stage 5 (A-Level or BTEC equivalent).
A genuine passion for the subjects and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 37870 as of September 2025).
A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
