2-5 years commercial experience - £55k (rise on next raise at the end of 26) + equity

This is for someone with aspirations down the line to step into a Chief of Staff role.
We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founders of a high-growth, AI-native startup with Education at its core..turning priorities into shipped work across product, growth, and operations.
You’ll be in the middle of everything that matters.
One week you’re driving product delivery.
Next week you’re shaping GTM, closing partners, or building internal systems from scratch.
This is for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
What you’ll do:
• Drive execution across product, growth, and operations
• Ship features, support GTM, and build internal systems
• Use AI to move faster and make better decisions
What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years in a high-output environment
• Clear thinker, strong writer, highly proactive
• Comfortable with ambiguity and already using AI daily
