We work hand-in-hand with our Engineering and Commerce teams ensuring that SEO isnt just an afterthought but a foundational element of every site we build. What youll be doing


As an SEO Manager at CTI youll be the technical guardian of our clients organic visibility. Youll go beyond standard keyword research to deconstruct site architectures and lead the strategy for high-stakes migrations and complex builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Deep-Dives: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and fix crawlability indexation and rendering issues.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies that align with broader business goals and digital transformation projects.
  • Migration Mastery: Lead the SEO workstream for site migrations ensuring zero loss in equity and a seamless transition for users and search engines.
  • Collaborative Consultation: Act as a bridge between marketing and development providing clear actionable technical specifications to our engineering teams.
  • Data Storytelling: Use data to illustrate performance trends providing stakeholders with clear insights and a roadmap for continuous growth.
  • Innovation Hunting: Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry - from AIs impact on search to the latest algorithm shifts - and turn that knowledge into a competitive advantage for our clients.

To thrive in this role youll need to be a technical enthusiast who loves the nuts and bolts of how the web works.

Key qualities include:
  • Technical Fluency: A deep understanding of site architecture Core Web Vitals and how search engines interact with JavaScript-heavy environments.
  • Toolbox Mastery: Expertise in the usual suspects - Google Search Console Ahrefs and Semrush - and the ability to extract meaningful stories from the data.
  • Agency Agility: Experience managing multiple client accounts and the ability to pivot priorities as projects evolve.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You dont just spot a drop in traffic; you find the root cause and roll up your sleeves to fix it.
  • Clear Communication: The ability to explain complex technical jargon to clients and colleagues in a way that is engaging and easy to digest.

Interview process
Weve designed our process with you in mind. This is as much an opportunity for you to make sure CTI Digital is right for you as you are for us.

Screening Stage - A 30-minute exploratory call with our Talent Team. A chance to explore the role and responsibilities.
2nd Stage - A video interview with our Head of Content. Well probe around your commercial experience and approach to client relationships.
3rd Stage - A face to face interview with our Performance Marketing team. We dont do technical tests but love to geek out on some technical questions and dive deeper into your experience.
Offer - If we think its a good fit well make you an offer!
