HLTA position
Hours: 35hrs per week
Grade:Grade 8 Pay Point 15 to point 18 (28,605 – 31,029 pro rata prior to any agreed pay awards.)

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and leaders to support high-quality teaching and learning, including providing whole-class cover when required.
- Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
- Delivering learning activities to individuals, groups and whole classes
- Providing whole-class cover Eg. during PPA and short-term absence
- Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion in line with our Christian ethos and policies
- Supporting pupils’ wellbeing, progress and personal development

- Has experience working with children in a key Stage 2 setting and is confident in doing so
