Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking drink orders, and engaging politely with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and keeping surfaces sanitary.
• Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance and responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and balancing the cash drawer.
• Monitor customer behavior to prevent overconsumption and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory, including beverages, garnishes, and bar tools.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and alcohol service policies.

You are a friendly and confident bartender who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You take pride in creating high-quality drinks while delivering excellent service with a positive attitude. You are reliable, well-presented, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You understand the importance of responsible alcohol service and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar area.
