Key Responsibilities

The role requires:

· Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people

· Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures

· Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development

· Supporting all nursery staff to help us deliver outstanding childcare

· Strong communication with both adults and children

· Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services

· Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive

· Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery

· Creativity and an inspirational attitude

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Nice to have but not essentials

· Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

· Paediatric First Aid

· Basic Safeguarding
