As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and adjusting digital converting machinery ready for each production run
• Loading large rolls and sheets of material safely into the machine
• Monitoring the line closely throughout each run, spotting and resolving issues early
• Carrying out quality checks to make sure finished products meet specification
• Keeping accurate production records and a clean, safe work area

As a Machine Operator, your experience will include:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, printing or packaging environment
• Confidence setting up and adjusting production machinery
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high standards
• Comfort with manual handling, including loading large rolls of material
• Willingness to work a rotating early and late shift pattern
• Your own transport, due to the shift start and finish times
