Job summary
This position will play a senior role within the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) platform, with responsibility for the pricing, structuring and syndication of loan transactions across EMEA. The role sits within the Corporate & FI Syndicate team and covers a broad range of asset classes including corporate loans, financial institutions lending, structured commodity finance, funds finance and Core+ facilities.
The position requires strong market judgement, leadership in execution and deep understanding of the EMEA loan investor base. This role acts as a senior interface between origination, sales, investors and internal stakeholders, contributing to mandate acquisition, underwriting decisions and the ongoing development of the franchise.
