Working to the Recovery Coach Model principles, you will support clients who have been identified as at risk of homelessness and where a short intervention could prevent that happening. You will engage and support your own caseload of clients with complex needs in leading their journeys, and maximising their choice and control over the support they receive by developing a responsible and individual network of support.

You will have an understanding of issues relating to homelessness and mental health, and be able to build and sustain relationships with clients. You will have a commitment to promoting independence and supporting vulnerable people in developing move on and recovery plans.

We work in a recovery focused, psychological, adversity and trauma (PAT) informed way in all aspects of the team’s practice using relevant interventions, including Assessments, Support Planning, Risk Assessing, Brief Interventions and Solution Focused Therapy.

You will receive training, and on-going supervision and benefit from both operational and reflective supervision, case formulation and restorative peer support. In addition to this you will be part of a close knit and supportive team of colleagues with opportunities for shared practice and collaborative working.
