That person might be you. *Job Summary : * The Senior Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service across all bar areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and member experience.
This role combines expert cocktail and beverage knowledge with strong leadership, supporting the bar team in day-to-day operations, driving sales through proactive engagement, and maintaining a refined, professional atmosphere.
The Senior Bartender plays a key role in coaching junior team members, managing stock and service standards, and creating a memorable and discreet experience for members and guests.
