We're recruiting for a growing and highly respected construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager.
This is a genuine new business role. We're not looking for someone to manage existing accounts or maintain relationships that are already in place.
We're looking for someone who knows how to win work, build relationships with the right people and create opportunities from scratch.
Construction sales experience is essential.
This role is not suited to someone from recruitment or hire sales. You must understand how construction projects are secured and have an established network of decision makers across contractors, developers, consultants or end clients.
Just as importantly, you'll be joining a business that understands relationships take time to build.
