Clinical Quality Manager

40 hours per week plus 'on call' requirements
£77,000 per annum (inclusive of car allowance) plus bonus

The role is based from our Head Office in Ringwood. You will work supporting a cluster ofhomes (approx. 7)supporting our Clinical Leads in each home to drive forward clinical and quality excellence. It's key to making a real difference to the lives of our residents and supporting them to live fulfilled lives
You will be a regular visitor to our homes undertaking focused visits supporting the clinical needs of the home and supporting the actions required from the compliance audits. You will be the clinical go to person for the Clinical Leads and Nursing teams and therefore you will need to be at the top of your game with clinical knowledge and expertise. You will know what excellent clinical care is all about and you will be able to use your expertise to guide support and work with our nursing teams.
