Job description

TA MISSION

En tant que chef d’équipe du quart de soir, tu joues un rôle central dans la mission de GLOBOCAM : garder les camions sur la route et ton équipe sur son X. Tu deviens le pilier du garage en soirée — celui qui accompagne, qui développe la relève, qui garde le moral de l’équipe solide et qui aide à résoudre les défis techniques autant que les petits casse-têtes du quotidien.
Ici, on valorise les leaders proches de leur monde, humains, et qui savent créer un environnement où chacun apprend, grandit et se sent soutenu.

On cherche quelqu’un qui aime les camions… et qui reste de bonne humeur même quand un boulon décide de vivre sa vie.

AU CŒUR DE TES SOIRÉES

Coach & leader du plancher

  • Tu deviens la personne ressource de l’équipe : support technique, réponses aux questions, accompagnement dans les travaux plus complexes.
  • Tu aides ton monde à se développer — transmettre ton savoir, ça te motive.

Exécution & expertise

  • Tu réalises toi-même des diagnostics, entretiens et réparations selon les normes du concessionnaire.
  • Tu guides l’équipe sur les bonnes méthodes, en collaboration avec notre centre d’expertise au besoin.

Organisation & fluidité

  • Tu assures une bonne circulation des informations entre le contremaître, les conseillers et les mécaniciens.
  • Tu signales rapidement les imprévus que tu détectes sur les unités et tu ajustes les priorités au besoin.

Sécurité & rigueur

  • Tu fais respecter les standards : sécurité, propreté, procédures, conformité.
  • Tu entretiens l’équipement, suis les formations et encourages ton équipe à adopter les meilleures pratiques.

CE QUE TU AS DANS LE VENTRE

  • Tu es un vrai joueur d’équipe, capable de rallier et d’encadrer ton monde.
  • Tu aimes enseigner, vulgariser, transmettre tes connaissances.
  • Tu jongles bien avec les priorités (et dans un garage… il y en a !).
  • Tu es débrouillard, curieux, manuel, connecté sur la réalité terrain.
  • Tu as un instinct mécanique solide et tu gardes ton calme même quand un diagnostic joue à cache‑cache.

CE QUE TU APPORTES AVEC TOI

  • Tu as une expérience en mécanique d’au moins 5 ans :
  • Tu as fait ton DEP en mécanique de véhicules lourds
  • Tu proviens du domaine automobile, machinerie lourde, VR ou agricole; bref, tu as touché au diesel auparavant et tu veux évoluer avec nous
  • Si tu as déjà ta carte PEP, c’est un atout
  • Tu maîtrises le français à oral et à l’écrit et ton anglais est fonctionnel afin d’utiliser nos systèmes et de suivre nos formations
