Learning Support Assistants – Kidderminster College ✨ Location: Kidderminster Contract: Various – Full-time / Part-time / Ongoing Employer: The Supply Register (Recruiting on behalf of Kidderminster College) The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Kidderminster College to recruit enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their growing support team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of learners by providing high-quality, personalised support across a range of courses and learning needs. About the Role As an LSA at Kidderminster College, you will: Provide in-class support to students with a range of additional learning needs (SEND, SEMH, physical needs, cognitive learning needs, etc.) Help learners access the curriculum and develop independence, Support lecturers with adapting resources and managing classroom expectations, Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions where required, Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, Record progress and contribute to learner support plans.
